IMO they play a great system and team game.... they don't have that much skill besides the defence, great coach in other words - Killbot460
This.
The last 2 games they've looked Outmatched by superior talent.

Poor LB is gonna be so sad when his lovechild Griffin Reinhart is eliminated from the tourney. Hopefully it means he will take the summer off from posting - ruttager17
No, no. He wont do that.
He'll get pissed at anyone who points out the fact that they look a little overwhelmed right now. He'll Call them a fake fan or some nonsense. And should they be eliminated, he'll come up with some ridiculous argument that edm is still the best
As far as the oilers, oil kings, or reinhart goes, LB doesnt live in reality with the rest of us.
God bless his faithful, clueless little heart... |

bah, its summer dude, being away from the computer and outside isnt gonna cause any hurt. well maybe not for you, for me as a ginger i need to be indoors as much as possible. I think i should move to vancouver seeing as how it rains there 90% of the year
Oh quick maybe if we talk hockey it will all even out. So are the kings gonna play the rangers or devils, and how many games is it gonna take for the kings to take it all? - ruttager17
Its been pretty effin nice here thus far. Whistlers been unreal warm.
Other than the retarded home team fans, van is a kickass city.
Never really know. But id say kings in 5
Btw. Anyone know what the record for fewest losses is since the format moved to all best of sevens? |

never been out there myself, furthest i have been that way is kamloops and that was a beautiful town.
I concur on the Kings in 5, but if the rangers/devils go 7, im thinking the kings sweep. speaking of retarded fans. I had a canucks fan i went to junior and high-school with suggest on facebook after the kings won that he wished the kings flew home with a Russian pilot on a Russian plane. How (frank)ing ignorant and classless is that? Its gotten to the point that living 1.5 hours from calgary, i now prefer flames fans to canucks fans, and i feel so dirty saying that
As for your last question, long bottom is usually the stats guy but i dont think he will help us on this one, seeing as my insomnia is in full effect right now, i will do some research |

ok because you asked for it, and because i wanna show that sob longbottom up on some stats, the 1988 oilers went 16-2 and were arguably the most dominant playoff team that year in the history of the NHL. So dominant they knocked the power out in game 4 of the the finals at the boston garden simply because they were that damn good. They outscored their opponents 84-48 the entire post season. Best LA can hope to do is tie that win/loss record |

P.s. that game will eat a good Chungking of my life for the next 24 hours. - spitfire187
I remember playing it years ago on my desktop, and getting like 1400MPH and stuff like that... I found it harder using the laptop. Last night I couldn't get over 400MPH |

If that were to happen, I'd expect the add-in from Columbus to be essentially nothing (maybe if they're lucky, Marc Methot) |

I can see it now...
Penner pouring maple syrup out of the Stanley cup on to a short stack of pancakes.
Stoll, Richards and Carter doing there best Tony Montana impersonation with a room full of hookers and cup full of blow.
The remaining King players standing around the cup having a big ole circle jerk and the last one to cum has to drink the contents of the cup.
Matty Barry, Charlie Sheen and Helene Elliot having a three way in the Staples Center parking lot.
Ryan Smyth crying at home and cutting his wrists realizing he blew his last chance at winning the Stanley Cup.
Good times in LA !!! |

I am not sure what is more sad- the fact that you came up with some pretty sick storylines or the fact that there is potential for truth in them

Hmm I'd swap if we got nikitin. We'd probably have to throw something else in the deal as nikitin put up good numbers last year. If we trade down we should take galchenyuk IMO. Murray would be safe. Anyone know more about nikitin? I've never watched him play just looked up his stats. |

He's the defenseman I want the most from Columbus. His stats were pretty great considering he played a lot with Tyutin on the shutdown pairing and Columbus being such a poopty team. CBJ would be stupid to move him but if they want first overall that bad he's the price they would have to pay. You'd probably have to give up Teubert or something like that. |

Came out of nowhere really. Bigger body who isn't overly physical, but solid. Skates well, moves the puck well, can shoot, block shots and play in all situations. Really don't know why STL moved him so early. |
