Is that the guy who is with the Undertaker and Kane all the time, or are you talking about the fine actor who appeared in the North Pole series?

Matthew Fox is being considered for our coaching position.

Why would the guy from Back to the Future want to coach the Oilers?

I try to watch WWE/TNA every now and then, but I can't last more than 5 minutes (that's whats he said) because it's just so terrible... They need to fire all of their writers.

It's nuts... I'd like to know what the (frank) he did to get in that shape so quickly. I'd imagine it involved drugs?
- laughs2907

I competed in bodybuilding 6 times in 4 years from 03-07, so i can tell you from personal experience there is a good chance he used some kind of drugs, maybe even some powerful diuretics for those shots. But lets not forget, it is a movie and they do have makeup and CGI

I have debates with people all the time on this subject. According to me, the WWF/WWE was actually entertaining at one point. Maybe around 1997-2002? I don't remember the exact dates, but it was actually fun and interesting.

You know you're in trouble when The Big Slow is one of your feature performers. The guy is awful and always has been awful.

HIs Hulk HOgan entrance was (frank)ing awesome.

I think the best times for Wrestling was during the Monday Night Wars. When the WWE bought WCW everything turned to sh1t.

Let's be clear though, WCW had already jumped the shark a while before. The NWO Wolfpack, LWO, Goldbergs horrible misuse, Jericho leaving, the Russo thing. They dug their own grave, Vince Mcmahon just threw the dirt in.

WCW had all the talent, but had awful writers and the production quality was ghastly. The WWF/WWE was brilliant at editing shots to give matches a pace that absolutely hyped the action.

Goldberg could have been the biggest thing ever in wrestling and WCW completely screwed it up.

The Oil Kings look completely over their heads at the Memorial Cup. They look like boys among, ummm, slightly older boys.

You are pretty damn close sir. No water between the skin and muscle is the ultimate goal, but you need to have water in the muscles to pull in glycogen to give the hard, full and pumped look. has a lot to do with the diet in the final week and sodium/potassium balance. Definitely gorging on water is one way, diuretics are tricky but common place in the sport. The reason you dont see too many ufc fighters that ripped in the ring is that it is stupid to be dehydrated for a fight, they get cut for the weigh ins then hydrate up until the fight. plus some guys are just naturally leaner and have thinner skin than others giving that shredded look

Them AND WWE. Also, in all honesty, Goldberg had terrible mic skills.

"rrrrawwwwrrr I destroy you! rawwwwwgrrrrr!"

Its why The Rock and Stone Cold and HBK and Hogan and Macho Man are legends. They knew how to work a crowd. The Goldberg/Lesnar unstoppable beasts thing was cool but it had a definite shelf life. They could only be invincible for so long before it became boring. I understand that. What I don't get is how badly Soctt Steiner was misused. After an initial push, he was essentially moved to mid-card and then gone. Huge guy, dece mat skillz and could work a mic well. Never understood that.

Good to hear I'm right.

and yeah, makes sense that's why you never see UFC guys that totally ripped. being dehydrated in an octagon you probably wouldn't last more than a minute.

damn straight clouts, i gotta agree with you on this. its such a bs drama show now, those dates you spoke of with the rock, bret hart and DX was pretty awesome, now its sooo much acting and drama. Still nothing beats the days of the old stampede wrestling with Makhan Singh, jason the terrible, brian pilman and the cuban assassin
