I think he's someone that could get moved this offseason, but I don't believe it'll be before July 1st because of that bonus. His stock has never been higher. This is the time to move him if they want to get the highest return for him.
The Sabres need to make a decision, do they go for a cup run now and load up on FA's and make a couple deals for NHL Players, or do they prepare for life 2 years from now without Vanek Pommer or Miller. I can imagine Miller being resigned, but Vanek and Pommer might walk if Lindy is still the coach, Im sure by now they want to play for someone else. - sbroads24
I like Ruff as a coach, especially come playoff time. The core players are not buying into the system anymore and havnt stepped up as leaders of this team. Its time to sell off the core, the coach isnt going anywhere, lets get younger and build from within maybe aquire some vetran leadership and see what the younger guys can do. No one should be safe on this team!!
