Probably means that if Parise is in the AHL, he'd be the best player outside the NHL.

You can't have NHL players in the AHL. Picard is the leading scorer in the AHL playoffs right now for the Nordfolk Admirals who are the favourite for the Calder Cup. Plus he's franco, Pairfecte Fitte.
