Kreider is best player never to play a regular season game.

Here's a less than interesting fact that just dawned on me. My bar mitzvah was 30 years ago today.

Yeah but those 3 weren't drafted, while Tarasenko carried Russia at the WJC to the gold medal in 2011, and was drafted in the 1st round.

This is a really bad comparison.

Until he plays 1 minute in the NHL, he's nothing but some guy who does well in inferior leagues.

Pretty stacked team, and that's without any UFA signatures.

Happy Anniversary.

30 Years since I graduated High School next month. Also witnessed Prince Charles playing ball hockey yesterday at my old junior high. My oldest son school Camilla's hand during the walkabout.

help them not reach their potential?
- muffin_man

Well he has been through it, and learned how to be professionnal. He certainly has a few hints for the youngsters. It's also another potential francophone for the team that won't cost much... And with the load of youngsters we'll have in Hamilton next year, we'll need a few older guys.

That'll be great. Nobody needs mediocre, inexpensive Francophones more than the Habs.

We need inexpensive players to fill spots in the AHL, whether you like it or not. Those that will play there will rarely be game-changers at the NHL level. Might as well give a chance to a 'ti gars de che nous, to cite Nicolas R.

Oh God...

How many times do we hear that every year?

Bozak, Gustavsson, Brunnstrom etc...

BEST PLAYERS OUTSIDE THE NHL!!!!

(and there is a reason why they were not in the NHL, it's because they suck)

Probably means that if Parise is in the AHL, he'd be the best player outside the NHL.
