Yup. Can't afford to come out with anything less than our best this period. Need to keep it simple. Kovy is probably the only player that can beat hank cleanly. Need to shoot for rebounds and deflections.

Lots more wrist and snap shots from the point than game 1. Very few long windups. Harder to block, and even more importantly easier to deflect. Two deflection goals and several other good chances.

Penalties didn't do us any favor this game. Need to keep out of the box and the refs need to keep the whistles in their pockets.

Good win though. It was basically a coin flip just like last game.

First home game I am going to be missing. Devils haven't lost since I've been there from game 4 of the Panthers series, wearing the same jersey, shirt, shorts, and shoes. As a matter of fact, I put on that outfit after the Rangers second goal.

The Rangers D skated rings around us tonight. Nearly impossible to forecheck.

lol this game. what madness. there were a lot less 'Marty' chants as it went on. i'd say it was 50/50 this time.

gota say, those are 3 of the toughest goals we've scored in a while. good for the Devils. nice to have some reward.
