I was questing DeBoer when he changed the lines in the Philly series, and that worked out brilliantly. Let's at least give the changes a shot.

no no no. we're doomed. we can only hope the 3rd line makes a difference. Elias and Zubrus can't carry Sykora. I just don't see that 2nd line doing work. If anything, I would've kept the lines the same and just switch Zubrus and Clarkson.

from a nyr standpoint i love that hes putting all his eggs in one basket on the top line. It allows torts to get ANY matchup he wants particularly with either staal, girardi and mac-d rotating against them. Id say the nyr are totally comfortable with that. Also, if that line does nothing it will be very tough for the devils to win

Id be more worried about the panic displayed by your coaching staff, especially sitting larsson, than how much padding the rangers have in their gloves.....just saying

Hey hats off to the Rags who are playing some sweet D and paying the price with the shot-blocking (Don Cherry style). The Devils on the other hand need to change their game and start running some plays inside the Rangers zone. Players need to be more selfish with the puck. Hopefully we will see some of that, and a reunite of Sykora-Elias-Zubrus (they can make some sweet plays). Go Devils.
