The way to deal Bobrovsky is as part of a package for a defenseman or even a scorer if so inclined. There's rumors that the the Flyers are interested in Rick Nash yet again. No idea of the credibility of those, but they're starting up.

In two years, G's contract is up. I can't believe his annual salary will be less then anyone else on the roster. Nash at $7.8 million is probably somewhere near the contract value of G's contract. I can see Homer trying to go after Parise first for around $6.5 million/yr.

I can see the rumors flying again with Columbus because if I'm Howson if I can get a deal involving JVR and Schenn or Coots, I do it in a heartbeat. However, I don't see Homer biting, not even close.

I think Nash ultimately ends up in SJ. I wouldn't be suprised to see the Flyers go after Parise. I expect them to at least kick the tires in Parise as they did last year with Brad Richards.

You are correct about San Jose, they have a real cap problems. Between Nash's cap hit and NMC, Howson is screwed. He has to hope a big market team gets anxious.
