A 135 kid may skip a grade in school at some point or not, but it would be unlikely that he/she would be so smart at 3 that there'd be anything particularly wow about him/her. May read earlier, may speak earlier or conversely be so unchallenged by speech that may speak much later. IQ doesn't tell you about knowledge or functional intelligence, just about aptitude.

My dad and sister are 1 in a millions (3 std deviations above normal). That's some crazy ass smarts.

135 is just 2 std dev above normal.
