Not so sure about that. Desharnais, Plekanec and Eller is a center line. Maybe not the best center line of the league, but it still can do the job for a time.

But Bourque as a winger on the second line don't cut it. I think a winger on that line is more urgent than a center right now.

I just have a hard time seeing Bergevin commit 3 mil (Bourque) for a third liner and that being said I dont see Desharnais lasting in first line role, this might end up like another Koivu saga where the Montreal media will start ripping him off because he's too small.
