He felt we were better than we were.

Since then he has changed his stance (not verbally, I mean based on his moves)

Are we to completely ignore all the good he has done in the past 4 years because of 1 mistake he made in his first year? And keep in mind we didn't get a junk player int he trade, we got a top 10 scoreer (this past year) in the league

Pretty funny stuff.

I think his actions should be what we judge him by. Not what he "Says"... No he didn't make a move at the deadline to make the team better, you're right...

You know what else he didn't do at the deadline? He didn't trade draft picks or prospects in a panic...

Vesa Toskala? Raycroft? Owen Nolan?

Those deals, those types of deals have been what has set this organization as far back as it is. I wish I was talking playoffs and Leafs right now, but I'm not. But I'm damn happy I'm not talking about deals Burke made that would have given us a playoffs orgasm this year and set us back another two years...

Next year is next year, at this moment in time, this is how I feel. But I've said it before. IMO BB should get the term he was offered and signed for....

Agree... Hall hasn't suffered any career threatening injuries (i.e. knee injuries).. One was a freak accident, can't really be counted as part of his injury history

He played with a torn labrum since juniors too. He's been playing at less than 100% the whole time. Wanted back in the same game his head got opened up with a skate. He's a beast.

Looking at the young core in place, I cant really complain.
