I can't believe Bryz made such a terrible play but at the same time, why the rare pass back to Bryz? I don't get it...

Despite that last crappy goal, this game has a much better feel to it than the past 3. C'mon Flyers.
- Cloverfield

Agreed. I think that is exactly why Lavy didn't take a TO.

Simply disgraceful. Having said that, settle down. There is a lot of time yet.

First what the hell was Kimmo doing even passing it back to him, that's never a bright idea
- ob18

Kimmo shouldnt have done it yes.

However what the (frank) was Bryz doing playing it DIRECTLY toward the Devs player?

On the bright side Mez looks good.

Just pass it around the boards
- lloyd095

This team is all about the low percentage play to spark a rush, there is no other way with them. It is in their DNA

THAT WAS OFFSIDES

I'd need to see the replay again. Poni lifted his leg up, but I only saw one and it was quick. The puck might've been in the zone by then, and I think Poni put his leg down, Henrique was still behind the blue line. Close call, but that was a real dumb play by Bryz.

However, the Flyers are playing very well this game, so don't count them out just yet. It's a farcry from the earlier game where the Devils were more dominant.

Two bad breaks. Keep playing the game this way. Feel good about the start.

Yeah, that didn't help matters much. Bryz must have wanted to get in on the 'cute' passes that the offense is known for.

All that's lacking is a goal against late in the period.
- MrBuzzcut

It is just all (frank)ing execution. They havent executed much of anything since game one. Everything is rushed a panicked. Never seen a team so unprepared to play against a team in a while.

They came out with excellent energy ... but 2 horrible goals can be so deflating! Bryz is not on his game so far at all ...just atrocious!

It worked against us because we wouldn't have anyone anywhere near the net.

In his 9th year of the contract, when he's Brodeur's age, we can look forward to a 2.00 playoff gaa, and a .920 save %.

When the Flyers aren't on their game, Bryz is. When the Flyers are on their game, Bryz isn't. Go figure.
