We're the flyers just too banged up to practice yesterday Bill? - Just5
Right now, they need to conserve all energy for the game. What sucks is that if you turn around the outcome of the up-for-grabs Game 3, this is a 2-2 series and tonight's outlook would be a whole lot better even without Giroux. But the more deserving team has won all four games to date.
its do or die time tonight we see what this team is made of whether they are lions or they are mice .... time for them to suck it up lay body and establish some sort of fore check all the things they haven't done the last 3 games... let see if they can do it ... or will they just fold and go away quietly

For what its worth, not that my input means anything, but I have a feeling the absence of Giroux will have the same impact that losing Kovalchuk had on the Devils...Bryz, for all of his difficulties earlier has played well and the guys in front of him owe him one here, again, my 2 cents...
Flyers need to take tonight's game as one shift, one period, one game. You can't win 3 games in one night, and if they try to, they will be starting their summer tonight around 10PM.
They need to simplify. Stop trying to force what isn't there. Execution of their own system. Stop the mistakes that lead to wasting energy running around their own end.

Not with that attitude you cant...If you win it in the 6th OT then that counts as 3 games won right?

It sounds stupidly easy, but not playing this way is a huge part of the reason why they're down 3-1. That's exactly how the Devils have played, and they have three dominating performances to show for it.
Like you said, just go out and play. No cute stuff. No bullpoop. No stupidity. Get the puck to the net and make things happen.
It's hard to say this after watching the last three games, but tonight is very winnable.
