So when the Flyers come back and win the series do everyone a favor and stop writing about them since you have already written the team off.

No dominant team out there? I'd consider the LA Kings pretty dominant. Beaten the 1 and 2 seeds in the West with a record of 8-1. Quick is absolutely stoning everything in sight and the offense is showing what it's capable of. No dominant team.......

The Kings barely squeezed into the playoffs. They are kicking ass right now, but to call them 'dominant' is to abuse the word. Streaky. Clicking at the right time. Either of those is more accurate.

For Flyer's fans sake, let's hope the players on the team don't have the same "It's over" attitude that your blogger has.

Absolutely not an abuse of the word. They are dominating the Western Conference and having little trouble doing it. You won't find a team playing a more sound game night in and night on than the Kings. They are far from streaky, especially when you consider just how well they played down the stretch too.

It'd be nice if Laviolette actually plays more of Wellwood and Schenn. Briere and JvR on regular shifts is cringe-worthy hockey.

I gotta give credit where credit is due

Bryz I believe is the only goalie to wear equipment to an adequate size - he does not look like a Michelin man out there - goalies in the NHL that look like lacrosse goalies should follow Bryz's equipment standard

Can't agree more. Though I still think Bryz's pads are too big, they are better than a lot of goalies in the NHL (Lundqvist). Let's also not forget about the guy on the other side of the ice, Brodeur, who probably has the smallest pads in the league.
