I like when there's a discussion on here for what to do with games that are tied after 5 minutes of OT (regular season obvie). The game is done, it's a tie, so the shoot out is for the 2nd point. I don't mind it at all. Then you get the guys who claim the shoot out is nothing more than a circus gimmick to please the fans and say it should drop down to a 3 on 3 for 5 minutes, then even a 2 on 2. 2 on 2 hockey, grass roots.

What I don't get and maybe it's because I don't understand the importance of 4-on-4 Playoff OT. But why do people complain that hockey only ends in June yet these same people are saying by mid-July "wake me up when hockey starts"? I just don't get it.

This TSN crew sounds pro NSH for what-ever reason.
