I say new playoff OT format: one less player after every OT until it is 2-on-2 and after that the goalie is blind folded, and after that the goalie is taken out and a mini-putt style shoot out will be used with a windmill in the net. Maybe the media will be happy after that.

I like when there's a discussion on here for what to do with games that are tied after 5 minutes of OT (regular season obvie). The game is done, it's a tie, so the shoot out is for the 2nd point. I don't mind it at all. Then you get the guys who claim the shoot out is nothing more than a circus gimmick to please the fans and say it should drop down to a 3 on 3 for 5 minutes, then even a 2 on 2. 2 on 2 hockey, grass roots.
