Bergy is such clowner, and a media darling, every day is sunny in Montreal now.

There are some pretty good curry "paste" that require very little knowledge and give outstanding results.

All you basically have to do is put your vedgies in a pan, grill your meat, throw it in there, add the paste and some coconut milk and you're set for a great meal.
