Book(s) are a must read. The first season stayed pretty true to the story. Book much more detailed and there's more back story. Season two has been on hyperspeed. Chucks of the plot are missing. I don't think it gives a viewer te ability to fully comprehend and appreciate the scope ofte story. Just mt 2cents
