(frank) me!
Im selling my house in the next week/two and have a few minor repairs to do around the house to get it up to snuff to show...my wifes sister is staying over at our place for a day/two because she had surgery and her b/f is out of town. Her dog is staying over as well. The wife left the house for an hour came home and the stupid little poop almost ate its way out of the bathroom door. Literally ate chunks out of the door molding and nice thick scratches on the door!!

Rather important to know that isnt it. - robin_steele264
Re: Staal being signed.
It is important for the Oilers because there are a lot of players who do not want to play in Edmonton.
I tend to think that a deal of this significance doesn't happen unless there is an understanding between the player and the new team.
It still doesn't change the fact that Staal will agree to stay with how ever many teams, just about every team will be interested... and ALL of the offers will be greater than Gagner.
So, in the greater scheme of things, it matters not whether or not he was signed. Cloutier's suggestion was retarded.
and believe me, I KNOW retarded. |

Im going to say no. No they wont. - noename09
This is tampering. I've contacted my lawyers. You should never be talking about my contract when I'm not around...

to use your own quote of nonsense:
'HAHAHAHA
Please look up your metal history lad.
I know you are just a youngin, but Maiden was around before Sabbath. As was Priest before Sabbath.
You have no idea what you speak of. FACT
Maiden paved the way for Sabbath.'

sabbath were formed first, put out lp's first and had a huge impact on the music scene first. |

I don't want to see any of these washed up goaltenders. Best bet would be to try an nab Halak from St. Louis, not sure if that'd be likely - depends how long they last in the playoffs (among other factors)....

Yes, I was playing around but apparently people took it seriously about being schooled.
The best part about the whole music scene at that time was Keith Moon saying to Jimmy Page and co, you will go over like a lead balloon, hence, the name Led Zeppelin was born. |

Brown is not available, this guy is the heart and sole of what the Kings are doing. Lombardi would be lynched if he dealt Brown after what he has done for the long suffering King fans. - spatso

St. Louis is not going to trade Halak, Hes still the better goaltender between him and Elliott and St. Louis would be stupid to get rid of Halak because I am pretty sure Elliott had a career year this year and its highly unlikely he repeats it. |

Why don't you and Barx go check out Vokoun's numbers from this season before you dismiss him offhand as 'washed up'. The other huge thing is that he wouldn't cost us any assets, which, in case you haven't noticed, we don't have many of. Is he a long term solution? Obviously no. But a damn good stop gap until we see more of what Reimer and/or Scrivens are really made of. |

meh...its slow here at work, slow on hockeybuzz....just slow.
About to put my house up for sale, as you can see from my above post!
Looking into getting a bigger place...bought my current place thinking it would only be a few years here then move for a job, but I might just take a job here in London instead, which means Id like to get a nicer place. - noename09
Ah... Movin on up huh?
Ya, it's slow on HB, other than the playoffs there's not much good hockey talk. Nothing about the Leafs at all
Did you already apply for the new gig? |
