I don't want to pay for an unknown.... said it several times now. I don't think that Burke does either. there is ZERO point in trying to "Fix" the goaltending issues with a complete unknown. We may end up paying all our depth and still have nothing fixed.

For Bernier? That would get it done, but no way I would pay that much.

I don't think Burke lands that 1C this season. I would put my money on Luongo and maybe some role players for the bottom 6. And just hope some contracts can be moved out. No way we get Nash unless Howson drops that price tag by quite a bit.
