The Kings split with the Lakers and Clippers, It's a pain to schedule especially now with all of the playoffs starting and from what I understand it greatly reduces ice quality to constantly cover it, but there really is no other way.

That's not the norm. I honestly thought the Clippers played elsewhere (shouldn't they?). The Mets and Yankees play in separate stadiums, as do the Cubs and White Sox.

Problem is in the States, ESPN, who controls sports media here, hates hockey and always bashes it and pitts basketball fans against hockey fans.


Sportscenter in the US is nothing like "Sportscentre" on TSN. They rarely show hockey and when they do its to make fun of it.

Canadian teams have lack of patience... Thats about it, Edmontons doing it right, they should be next. But Toronto is a sleeper there because they have good young talent that if developed properly with some added vets could be a very good team.

Yeah, I think you see a lot of Canadian fans bandwagon when there is one Canadian team left, particularly in the finals. We all do it. Jump on a bandwagon for fun, then the second that team wins it all it reminds you that its someone else's moment and not yours.

Games are a lot more fun when you're cheering for someone. I like the Blues this year. I don't need reminders about it being someone else's moment.
