Kinda like how the penguins had to score more than 5 to win right?

If only the Sabres had an undersized, yet gritty scoring center who always showed up in the playoffs, scored when it mattered and provided heart and leadership on and off the ice....

I really want to hate the Flyers, but this team makes it really hard to do so. Dare I say I am even hoping this team wins the cup?

Thanks for poaching Danny from us ...we're still not over it and have been chasing his replacement ever since...

I thought JVR and Voracek were the best players on the ice yesterday. Which is scary. Don't see the Flyers winning any games scoring less than 4, Bryz just lets in too many weak ones. The good news is I don't see the Flyers scoring less than 3 with that offense up and down the line up.

The speed of they Flyers, even on the 3rd and fourth line, puts alot of pressure on the other teams Defense and creates turnovers.

You saw it against Pitt and yesterday against the Devils.

Wellwood, Read, JVR and Giroux can all fly out there!

Experience suggests they may have trouble with this should they play the Rangers. I think things can and will be different in a postseason match up, though. I hope I'm right on that one.

I don't see the Rangers being able to keep up but it will be an interesting series.

They can fly. Late in the 3rd when JVR was sent in alone he came from nowhere. By the time the Flyers get the Rangers the 30 minutes a night Girardi and McD are being asked to play will be visible imo.

Bill has mentioned twice that Schenn has not been the same player since the Asham hit. I wonder what the connection is. The cross-check could not have given him a concussion, and the punch on th back of head does not look a full-blooded punch.

The Schenn -Simmer-Read line should be a strong cycle line with Read sniping a few. Would love to see that line going.

I said it earlier, the 4 lines the Flyers roll is hard for anytime to handle over a 7 game series.

The Flyers depth is reminding me of the blackHawks depth of 2010.

The Flyers are playing their best hockey right now, I would throw the season series out the window. Lundquist standing on his head is all I would worry about as a Flyers fan, and that is a very valid concern.

With Boyle being concussed, this really hurts them down the middle with their size. As long as King Shoulder Pads keeps them in the game, the Rags will have a chance.
But, right now it's only one win and the Flyers need to win 3 more to send the Devils back to He!!

Always the x-factor. However, one thing that could be stated is that it doesnt seem that Lundqvuist has been tested that much maybe with the exception of game 7 against Ottawa. Maybe the pressure the Flyers would provide could possibly lead to some hole in his game. Probably not But here is to hoping

I suppose we shouldn't write off the Caps, though. I have a bit of a hard time seeing them win this series, but I don't think a Rangers victory is a given.

I'd hope that the Flyers win one game, and the flood gates would open. Kind-of like when a goalie has a shutout through 2 periods and once one goes in - several do...

Doubt that considering its mid-playoffs. Probably something to do with the future direction of the franchise. IE: Management, promotions ect.
