Absolutely atrocious play by the Preds tonight. After the first two games they just look like they don't want it. This team needs to quit leaving Rinne out to dry and actually put some pressure on the puck carrier. If Preds don't come out and win game 3 you can put this series in this books.

Only reason I didn't post is this exact reason. That, and, well... it's (frank)in' HockeyBuzz. I don't come here to discuss the game even when I am home.

Trotz's decision making has been very suspect in this series. Klein and Josi together? Why? Legwand sucking 5 out of 7 games yet Wilson can't get on the ice. I'd even like to see Tootoo back out there at this point.

Our top line hasn't been productive in appx 2 months, but we can't break them up, noooooooo!

I think the ragging on Radulov is a bit much. He's definitely NOT our worst player. (I'm looking at YOU #11) His effort getting back in the plays that they showed happen on every team. It's not like anyone else was busting their ass to get back on D. I really think that was an agenda driven tirade. Two proud NHL guys who couldn't wait for an opportunity to rag on the KHL's best guy. Maybe they and Trotz should start looking at one of the real problems on this team, David Legwand.

That effort was embarrassing for a regular season game. I can't even believe they played like that during the playoffs.

Time to regroup and prove they can take care of home ice the way Phoenix did.

The only thing more than a year old on this thread is the elapsed time since you were weaned.

Still takes 4 wins to move on. Taking 4 of 5 from Phoenix will be a tall order but can definitely still happen.

I realize Tootoo can be a double edged sword but I think he better sharpen up his skates. Preds showed zero toughness and push back, he'll at the very least and provide that. If he takes a penalty or 2 fine, at least he'll get the Yote's skating with their heads up a little more.

Sit Yip, Wilson and Spaling bring back Halischuk, Toots and Smith. They at least deserve a chance. Drop Legwand to 4th line ( never happen..)
