Depends on how high they finish. They probably have a deadline. The Devils will probably scout the players and then judge from there. If they see a player they really want, they might keep the pick, but if they end up drafting in the 25-30 range, I damn well hope we do, then they will most likely forfeit the pick.

Tim Thomas was absolutely interfered with to the point where he was unable to make the save on the Ward goal. The caps player skated into him, IN the crease, pushing him back, inhibiting his ability to make the save at all. I'm baffled how the refs didn't call goalie interference and disallow the goal. but thats the NHL. sickening.

Yeah a little. At that point in the game you gotta play through it and be much stronger on your skates though. A guy like Rafalski would not have done that.

Oh I agree. It was an awful play. He had breakout options to pass to as well and the boards were available. There was no reason to hold that damn puck. Not to mention he couldn't move Versteeg even an inch once Versteeg had the puck.
