Mario had 1494 pts in 745gp for 2.005 - dadeadhead
Wayne Gretzky finished his career with a 1.921 points per game average. Only Mario Lemieux, then retired, had a better points per game average at that time. Lemieux since came out of retirement in 2000 and played until the 2005–06 NHL season. Lemieux's points per game average dropped to 1.883 before retiring once again midway through the 2005–06 season. This gives the record to Gretzky.

Whether Tim Thomas was right or wrong to speak his mind, if you want to oppose him, and then drop racial slurs, it's hypocritical. That's all he was trying to say. Has nothing to do with whether or not you agree with his stand.

i was actually going to correct his spelling because it was ruining his point (post). i don't care what tim thomas does.
I don't know if Joel Ward is especially good in the regular season, but with Nashville last year and Washington this year he seems to be worth his paycheck in the playoffs.
The Bruins are really to blame for the loss though. They weren't so much beaten by Washington as allowed the Capitals to linger in most of the games, enabling them to get the last goal and win.

He didn't need to dive though. That stupid photo was so overblown. - Pairo11
^This.
IMO, one of the most overrated goals in hockey history. He scores a goal from a pass behind the net, then is "Tripped"/ dives through the air a second later.
