Those are guys I'd build around any day.

Slowly but surely, no matter how good you are, teams "figure out" how to play against you. They'll never be able to stop you, and you will still cause a lot of damage, but, with scouting, someone usually finds a way to limit it. Hence, the variables Boos was talking about. That and you get older.

Not when claiming one player had a higher ppg avg than another player at the time of his 1st retirement.

Slowly but surely, no matter how good you are, teams "figure out" how to play against you. They'll never be able to stop you, and you will still cause a lot of damage, but, with scouting, someone usually finds a way to limit it. Hence, the variables Boos was talking about.

Age was the only factor in that IMO.

At 37 he had 90pts 4th in the league.

At 38 his body was shot and only had 63.

The only variable there is, that in a rare case, my stats were wrong.
