I was thinking this earlier, but forgot to say anything...

Since Simmonds and Hartnell create all kinds of havoc in front of the net on the Power Play, why not put them with Briere, who will find the holes in the ice if teams go down to put 2 guys on Hartnell and Simmonds... Then you can move JVR up to Giroux line.

JvR is still look for his timing. I doubt he's ready to take on a role on the top line. I've liked what I've seen from him for so far but this has all been with limited minutes. You do see the occasional mistake from him that wouldn't be made if he was 100% in game shape. In his first game back during a rush, Read was leading the charge and Read dropped a past to JvR but JvR left the ice and on to the bench as Read was making the pass. JvR shouldn't have made that change but must have because he was tired in his first game back.
