Good question, there is no doubt Giroux is ready to assume the "C", as others have mentioned he doesn't need a letter on his sweater to lead the team, he does that by his work ethic, competitiveness, and all world talent. To be quite honest the way the last few Flyers Captains luck has gone, I prefer to leave well enough alone.

I think Talbot would make an outstanding captain.

At my old job they blocked everything and it was like high school detention: if they caught you talking you got in trouble. Now I'm back at the place I worked 6 months ago but they moved from the 9th floor to the 4th. I lost my cube and got saddled with a temp spot. No respect for a 20 year old college student.

There is no question that the Rangers and Bruins are 2 good teams but as the first round wares on, these 2 aren't exactly looking like 2 well oiled machines. They're struggling with their opponents. I personally think we'll end up facing off against one of these 2 teams in the second round and I'm not worried about it. The Easy answer is to open that we face the Panthers but I really don't care who we face. If the Flyers can play a full 60 minutes the way they did against the Pens, they could be unbeatable.
