I still think there is another level they will reach.

Speed kills man...the fact that their lineup matched Ottawas speed throughout made al lthe difference in the world, notice Ottawas space was closed down that much faster with Hags and Kreider on the ice...and notice how Stepan and Richards has more space and saw the ice better...icing on the cake would be to get Gabby going, he may not be scoring but his battle level has remained elevated, you just wonder if he will pop off for a couple on Thursday night...

ya he lost his poop because maclean pulled him off the power play and ended up benching him spezza and michalek for like 6 minutes of the 3rd...because they were kind of a lot useless....frustration boiled over I guess...Sens played not a great game and then it became the Tim Peel show midway through the second...i have no idea how that guy still has a job in the NHL...almost every single penalty that was called last night was garbage

Awful officiating last night, what else is new. And thx for the info on the Alfie rage.

hmm it will be interesting I guess...i honestly dont see anything there...girardi flattens michalek as the goal happens and then it just looks like hes reacting to it actually being called a goal...i guess we would have to see another angle to see if anything actually happens..im not sure how michalek could actually kick girardi since girardi was on top of him for most of that scrum....but ya cant tell either way...i would think if that actually happened there would be a lot more talk about it..i havent heard a thing about it other than on here..
- TheMike12

You might be right, but so much happened on that one play...

and then his coach called him out basiclly calling frustration a "useless" emotion...yikes...but he is just trying to ignite his captain I am sure....

haha I can see that...every team has someone that makes other fan bases want to punch someone...thats just hockey...i think Neil was legit caught off guard with that hit and it knocked the wind out of him..he caught him totally not paying attention...but he can take it as good as he gives it out so its all good....im sure you dont see it at all but there are rangers players running as well..it happens..all part of the game...no complaints from me though, nothing happened last night that Isnt just part of hockey!

off to game 7!!!!!

ya you have to remember this could be it for him...so obviously he wants to make a run of this....no one knows if he will back next year or not...im sure there is tons of emotion as he was watching that game slip away from them.

I seriously hope we get a nice clean reffed game on thursday...the NHL needs to totally overhaul the officiating...its embarrassingly bad now every single game

You ought to thank the officials. It's the only way the Rangers can score.

i get that a lot of people hate Neil..and thats fine...but he takes hits as good as he gives them...and he has no issue fighting whoever regardless of what people want to say.

at the end of the day I dont really care if people think hes a huge rat or whatever...hes a really effective player for the Sens, a great guy in the community and he does he job extremely well.

He's got to stop faking that he's hurt. He is a good player but loses any respect due to the lame acting.

Chris neil should read his own qoute following the Boyle hit. Something about keeping your head up. He acted like an ass...

M.Michalek may face sup disc for shoving (kicking)Girardi with his skate last night.Very similar to Skinner in March which earned 2 gm susp.

hustle play of the night...Rangers dumped the puck in, Step was offside, but, he busted it to get out of the zone then busted it back to the puck beating two Sens to it looks around finds Krieder (YO) and GOALLLLL. What a fantastic effort by Steps.

Someone fill me in...Michalek was suspended 2 games for kicking Skinner or a separate incident that involved Skinner for which the perpetrator served 2 games?

Might even be a positive. If I was a Rangers fan, I would hope he doesn't get suspended.
