I think the GM position depends a lot on who you surround yourself with. Sure, the GM probably got the "final word", but I would say that most decisions are taken based on recommendations from your scouting staff, assistant GM and the likes.

Yup the front office has several issues to fill... with no management cap there is no reason the Habs can't have a top notch organization. |
