It will be a hard series for sure.

As well as for anyone who wants to play Nashville. Anyone coming out of the West this year will be beat up.

I personally would love to see Halak do well.

Unfortunately for him he won't get the job back unless Elliot has a complete meltdown.

Sucks about his injury though.

By a fish of the flopping variety.

Wow that Canucks thread is a trainwreck.

every time i watch him play, i'm amazed at the success he's had, especially so late in his career.

I think Halak has lost the job. I was thinking a couple days ago, no way St.Louis doesn't deal one of these guys this summer right? The Flyers with one of these goalies is a very scary thought.

Can you blame them?

Lots of Leafs fans in there stirring poop up. Leaf fans trolling other fans, is like a unemployed, fat, bald guy pulling up in a 75' Ford Pinto and trying to make fun of the dude in a vette, with a smokin hot blonde riding shotgun.

He's been outplayed by Holtby in this series by a significant margin, unfortunately it looks like the Bruins will advance.

Good hockey, is never boring hockey. Unless it's the Devils trap.
- PLindbergh31

Speaking of the Devils, Luongo makes about 100,000 more than Marty. If the Debs get bounced and Marty hangs them up, should the Debs...?

Edit: that makes a little more sense, if at all.

I find it absolutely hilarious how all canadian teams fans absolutely hate each other.

I don't think Luongo would want to follow Brodeur. I think Bobba Lou ends up in TB or Toronto. Not sure what the Devils will do. I think Parise is gone, especially if they get bounced by the Panthers.

i don't know that they will. bruins are cup champs and have pressure against a 7 seed on home ice in game 7. caps have nothing to lose. i like their chances.

not at all. i'm 3 for 4 in my picks so far. i have a feeling at least one of these teams that's trailing 3-2 will come back.

I think the Blues will take them out in 6 or less, they are the team that can beat the Kings in 1-0 games and they'll be taking the body a hell of alot more than Vancouver did.
- canadianpenfan

Yea, but wouldn't you take the team with the advantage in goal in this situation?

I like LA's chances.

Bryz was the Vezina runner-up in a similar system. The Flyers aren't any different with Halak IMO.
