Nash is very good, but also over rated, esp for his contract value. I'd take Neal at 5mil over Nash at 7.8 any deal...point is, I think the Leafs would hurt themselves in the long-term by getting Nash without having a true top center -- he'll be the 60-65pt guy that he's been in CLB otherwise.

As for Parise...good luck. Dude isn't coming to Toronto...lol. If the Leafs can pull off the Nash deal and retain their top pick, move up a few spots to get one of the two russian centers, then MAYBE that's a way forward. Alternatively, trade for some other guy who could work well with Nash...Otherwise, you're just going in circles...
