We do need him to show up in a big way. He's been getting into the rough stuff and all but he needs to light the lamp. That's coming from a guy that openly says hartnell is his favorite Flyer.

+/- is overrated. You can play well defensively and still be a minus 1 on any night. Your goalie could give up a soft goal your partner or forwards leave men wide open for an easy goal. Its not a stat that I personally like.

Same goes for the plus side.

I'm not a big fan of Carle either bc I dont think hes worth the money he will receive in free agency. I want the Flyers to stay away from that inflation.
