Were you at the game last night? Grrrrrrrr
- GoFlyersGoSlovakia

Of course. And I was disappointed. But I've been at every home game but one (away at a conference) this year and I'm not going to get down on them for one sorry night or panic when they are up 3-1 in the series. This team is nothing if not resilient.

By the way, the Flyers have a service number to call for help with anything in the arena. So early in the game when a guy spilled my soda (hey guy, cup holders do not mean use your knee to lift soda out of holder and spill!) I used it to ask for a mop. A few minutes later, all cleaned up.

In the third a pair of guys in suits came to sit in the seats at the end of my row. And started taunting the few remaining Flyers fans (oh, Pens fans, such models of class). So I said, "Really? You're really pulling this?" They shut up for a bit then started in again so I whipped out my trusty phone and dialed service for security to check tickets with the seat number. Hee. They were not moved but they did shut up--1/2 victory. (Which is to say, now I'm moderating my section. )

The malkin "hit" isn't as bad as some people are trying to make it out to be.

Sorry

Bobrovsky was just as bad actually going down before the shot is even taken on three occassions gives up the top half of the net and was seriously exposed so no not the defense.
- Daceroni

It's his Achilles heel, and he will never be No. 1 material until he fixes it.

Ok...that's your opinion and you are entitled to it.

Can you tell me this..did he poke check the puck the other way or not?

- icedog97

That guy shot someone! Yeah, but did he eat a cheese sandwich first, or not?

Sounds like the Asham hit... if so, it should be 4 games.
- RooNosHockey

not even close to asham. 2 games, but that could be good for us.

None of it.

But Malkin has been guilty now of three head shots and a couple nasty stick infractions on Flyers players this season alone. At some point, the league needs to call him on it.

The look on Bryz's face on the bench was one that has me concerned. Very concerned.

See...and you wonder why you guys get a bad rap.

If asking a legitimate question gets a response full of insults, how do you ever expect anybody to change their opinion of you?

- icedog97

Wait how was i insulting? To me it looked like the hit Crosby got in the Winter Classic? If it insults you that im syaing that the ppenguins are playing dirty than im sorry. Im simply pointing out the farce of this situation. If anything shanafail is the joke we all knew would be. If it were me a minimum five games no matter who it was.

Nah.
- bodiva88

Here is my problem with the NHL. I dont think it will get looked at. But it should...and most certainly would be looked at if Grossmann spelled his last name C-r-o-s-b-y, or is Malkin spelled his name C-o-o-k-e.

Enough is enough. The guy juts his elbow out, makes contact with the chin of Grossmann.. intention or not.. it CANNOT happen.

I'm not asking you to believe anything.

Watch the replay. Crosby goes for the puck and misses...Malkin pokes it around the other way.

I didn't magically change the video of last night's game.

- icedog97

Yeah and there wasnt space enough to avoid him. We can skew things all night long, but i havent seen flyers go for headshots, if anything they let up too much last game.

Ok...this is good.

Now...watch again...did Malkin's (own) left arm move away from his body or toward his (own) body as he came closer and in contact with Grossman?.

Still cannot believe how stupid and selfish he can be. Down 1-0 in an elimination game and spears Couturier right in the grommets. Then the Pens kill it, he scores pretty much right out of the box and I want to die.
