It's a shame he does not have the cajones to tell Wang and Snow to back off and let him run the team. Both Snow and Cappy need to grow a pair and tell Wang where to go. I'm not sure how they can stand it?

That's why I do not feel sorry for Snow and Cappy. They do not stand up for themselves and they'll have to pay the price.

After the lousy job Cappy did he should ask for nothing. Any other team he would be out of a job and would not have even gotten the job in the first place.

Not really a fact. Team, not teams. Isles were fourth-worst in the league. Columbus fired a coach this season as did Montreal (along with a GM). Edmonton is the only team that did not.
