Sure, unless Keuchly is drafted, then Sheppard is out of luck. I think he is best suited in the middle.

We can hope about getting a guy like Galchenyuk or Grigorenko for the future.. but neither of those guys are ready to be a top 2 center in the NHL right now..

Sure, we could use scoring help ASAP
But if the big move we make is to get Getzlaf...
Who is he "dishing" it to?
We don't have a "perry" or a "ryan"
And while I would see Vanek scoring more, I don't see him becoming the guy that ties the game in the last minute or winning it in OT...
