if things went our way once in a while, calls and suspensions wise, i might have a different opinion. i mean just once in a while, but nope every important call goes against us
- flyerscup2011

The Flyers have had the most PP opportunities this year at 335, 18 more than the next highest.

The Pens were at 8th with 289.

Is this sarcasm? Do you really believe the league is against the Flyers?

know what, I'm cool with that. I'm sorry I'm just watching that game and my daughter comes to kiss me goodnight and is getting upset and asking me why that guy is on a stretcher. It made me think, what is Hossa's kids thinking? I mean these guys although they are multimillionaires, do have families and are entitled just as anyone to enjoy that aspect of their life. It be different if he skated with the puck through the neutral zone with his head down, and Torres cleaned his clock, but my god, that was a blatant intent to injure if I ever saw it.

i've never seen anything like what's going on the first round of the playoffs. every series but the devils-panthers is just crazy nasty. how much longer can it continue? the league can be very reactionary at times. the avery-brodeur incident from just a couple of years ago comes to mind. i would not be surprised if the league rethinks its disciplinary measures somewhat as a result of the violence we're seeing. i also wouldn't be surprised if they do absolutely nothing.

I can think of a bs call in a game against buffalo that went our way, just ask John Leclair.

19 goals in 3 games after the blown Briere offsides call... I'd say we had a call go our way pretty recently

What is it exactly that the league does to them that no other team has to deal with?

He very clearly states all the reasons he's innocent in his book.

And damn, dude could tote a rock.

He sure could. Underrated actor as well, Nordberg rules.

Really unbelievable he authored a book titled, "If I did it"

Oops, and I forgot to mention that the vast majority of PPs for the Flyers weren't 'important calls' so they can be dismissed too.

more bad calls. no leeway with suspensions at all. (i know every team has to deal with a bad call every now and a again) the neal getting 1 game feeds into it. i point out bullcrap calls against the flyers during many games, it's IMO very consistent

Just admit it. The League doesn't want one of the teams in one of the largest markets in the League to succeed. Why would they want that?

But if it was reversed and the Pens scored on that same offsides call?
