I had high hopes for Shanny at first ... I thought maybe he would be strict - but fair - in handing out suspensions. Turns out he's soft and inconsistent. Who knew?

Asham will get a game. Neal and Adams will get nothing.

oh i didn't notice that he highlighted talbot. honestly i don't know of much goonery talbot did with the pens. probably cuz i mainly focus on the flyers, but since he's been here he's been a class act. i haven't seen him do one dirty act in orange and black. he may have a point with talbot before he came here, but all i've seen from talbot is class.

Hockey's turned into one big whinefst, from the fans, players, coaches, and media. Just about anytime someones feelings get hurt they ask for a suspension.

Kunitz is -and always will be- a dirty player. Cooke was league worst after Avery but seems to have cleaned up his game this season. Asham usually a stand up guy but went overboard last game and will be suspended. even stand-up guys like Sullivan and Adams were driven to shenanigans by example of their captain. shame on Crosby give the C to J.Staal and be done with it. it's working for the Rags with Dubinsky.

Considering this is Shanaland, Neal will probably get a 1 game suspension. Half a game for each incident. And Asham will get a warning. And Shaw will get a frowny face.

honestly i havent seen too much dirty play from the flyers this year now that they got rid of richards and carter and brought in these vets like jagr and these young guys are just happy to be playing. im rooting for them in this series cuz i cant stand pitt. they are just pissed now that they are getting smoked and they are supposed to be the best. also rooting for fla to make some noise. their fanbase deserve it down there. there are like 20 highschool teams in the local tampa area for the lightning conference but down in the panther conference there is like over 60. you guys have no idea what the panthers have done for youth hockey.

IMHO he will be suspended for the rest of the season, which will be 1 more game.

I actually liked Sunday's Flyers/Pens game. I get the frustration, I do. Crosby is trying to set a tone, as captain he should. I just think the Pens under estimated the Flyers and are reeling. And I'm enjoying it.

I wish Giroux, while clutched with Crosby, would have sat him down on the ice. Since he didn't I guess its just SHUT UP and play hockey.

I also don't want to see players injured. I'm tired of seeing the elite players sideline, that sucks for all hockey fans.
