Yea, thats why the Wife and myself decided it may be nice to head away from this tornado hell.

I'm from southern Illinois and had the tornado nightmares for YEARS after I moved east. Not like a blizzard or something that you can prepare for.

I am glad MAF confidence is shot, Bryz on the other hand got his ass handed to him for most of the year. Bryz is used to it by now, I will say he came to play, had a bad game but really has played well. I have seen alot of the goalies give up weak goals, bound to happen.
- bigmookalookie

he gave up 2 bad goals yesterday, the leaky kind which are just the worst, but overall he's been good. pittsburgh has a lot of fire power, and the flyers are still without their best dman and meszaros - nobody should have had any delusions the flyers would keep them to 2 goals a game.

say what you want about bryz, he's shut the door in the 3rd period of every game, and allowed fewer goals than fleury who's been pretty lousy in his own right. the flyers are also getting goals off oddman rushes, back door plays, with shots off the post and making him move. that's how you beat goalies in this league.

Exactly.... I think they sound warning sirens, but literally minutes before the tornado is on top of you. Tornados are scary as heck, these guys that chase them have a screw loose, although I find it fascinating.

And there it is. B's up 4-3.

pretty much exactly how boston beat montreal in game 7 OT last year. point shot, deflected by their own man up and over price.

yea, well wed is the main night of hockey. if the Flyers can beat the pens w/o Neal, we can rest our guys and get JVR back for the 2nd round. Mezy still seems to be a late 2nd to 3rd rounder.

They are much better now with being able to predict likely formation, so you have a full day's warning to keep alert and keep your ears on your warning system. And you can have quite a bit of notice, but unless you have a storm cellar, you're SOL. Did you see yesterday's damage? Steel reinforced concrete building crushed by a semi tractor trailer shot into it like a rocket.

Lundqvist and Anderson were fantastic. If the Flyers can get that type of performance from Bryzgalov, no doubt they can win the Cup.

the goaltending was pretty damn good in that game. the sens had a handful of chances on bouncing rebounds but just couldn't quite get their sticks on them. i really thought they'd get one by csp.

Well anyone who thought the Rangers would have trouble with secondary scoring is dead wrong, their bigger issue is their top line guys do nothing.
- PLindbergh31

I'm in full belief that an entire healthy Flyers' line up could play with the Rangers. I give the Rangers all the credit in the world for a series sweep over us in the regular season but with that said, key players were hurt in and before these games against the Rangers and our blue line was pretty think before picking up Grossmann and Kubina. This isn't an excuse, it's a fact. We're a better team now. Even if we were to lose a best of seven against them, I like our chances now better then I did early on.

Undersized fastball pitcher with sketchy mechanics. It does not inspire confidence of longevity.

Oh... I didn't realize you have that much time. If I was in harms way and even if I had a storm cellar, I would get the heck out of harms way. Yes I saw the damage, incredible, these tornado vortex's sometimes have winds in excess of 300mph in them. Just incredible the type of damage they can cause.
