Dude you're 16 aren't you? I thought you were just passionate last night but 12 hours later here you are still a douche bag. Teams take on the role of their coach, ours is a classy explayer who didn't start many fights but finished quite a few. Your's is a loud mouth bully who becomes obsolete once his bluff is called like all bullies. Catch a nap ask mommy to make your favorite supper and try to get to bed early after your bath, that's a good kid. Leave the playoffs to people who know about such things. - Go_Sens_Go

Heads getting smashed into the glass, guys mounting other players and beating them senseless, hey thats what the playoffs are all about right! You are a fucking moron and know nothing about playoff hockey. Theres a difference between intensity and goonery u jerkoff - WayneY
Oh, please, Carker didn't unload on Boyle at all. Take off your homer goggles for two second and you'd realize that. Beating guys senseless who are back out on the powerplay ? Carker barely hit him and Boyle went down in a heap to get the penalty. |

He would be a perfect fit for the habs. i hear they are looking to add size - bonzo11
he would look good on the habs roster, but would the rangers really trade boyle there. |

I would have no issue with Prust challenging him to fight. I wouldnt agree with him jumping someone though - WayneY
Dude, you know damned well you'd be fine with Prust jumping him if he refused to fight. |

WayneZ is 32 for the record. Although i have an old soul, more like that of a 48 year old. I have the prostate of a 96 year old and the penial girth and length of a 3 year old. |

Two punches that buckled Boyle and five while he was on the ground isnt unloading on someone. If your punching someone on the floor five times with no one touching you, youre unloading on him bud |

Oh Boyle got jumped now?
Four more pages into this thread, you'll have Carkner rapelling down from the rafters.
Boyle had every chance to fight Carkner. He declined. At that point, Carkner "informed" him that it wasn't a question.
How's that Mr. objective? - Ravidel11
well considering the left defenseman was way out of position to hit boyle and then started throwing punches with player that didn't drop gloves. Just shut up already. Im sick of talking about that play and karlsson. give it a rest |

I honestly wouldnt though. I agree that Boyle should have answered the bell, I never said he shouldnt of had to. I just think the way Carkner handled it was stupid. |

i'll understand if carkner gets a game, he probably deserved it. that being said, i have NO PROBLEM with what he did. boyle was acting all tough with 180lb karlsson the game before, and when carkner squared up with him, he wanted nothing to do with him. if you're gonna play tough with the smaller players, and then turtle against someone your own size, you deserve to get your ass kicked.
hagelin will definately get suspended. it was a deliberate elbow to the head, and it caused an injury. it's as cut and dry as you can get. - sensarmy_11
I must have missed Carkner squaring up with Boyle? Oh no I did didn't because it never happened. Carkner ran Boyle from his left defensive position and when Boyle hit the ice Carkner preceeded to through 7 punches when Boyle was in a defensive position. And if you call turtling after being hit from behind you need to re-evaluate how you view these games as well as the definitions of the words your using.
While I no problem with the Sens wanting to stand up for their top player. Look at Game 1 Boyle did not blind side or jump Karlisson the were face to face and he gave him a few pops. Not even suspension worthy. Kudos to Neil for doing it the right way.
And finally while I don't believe Hagliens elbow was intential he does deserve to be suspended for a hit to the head.

Except, we know that Carkner threw 2 punches to Boyle while he was standing up. So... in your theory, Carkner ran in from behind, picked him back up, punched him twice, and then punched him more when he was down?
Carkner didn't square him up like in a staged fight. But his arms were locked with Boyle, they were facing each other, before any punches were thrown. Maybe go watch the replay.

Wait a minute, I just realized we have not been complaining about that offside goal in game 1. I am just happy in our series that both teams have played good playoff hockey. The Rangers play has ticked me off so much in the Ottawa series. I really don't like the Sens chances, but damnit, pull a rabbit out of the hat |

these rag fans need to have a pow wow, get their stories straight, and then come back. right now they have 8 different versions of what happened, and in every one of them, boyle still comes out looking like a pu$$y |

Haha, well I'm definitely an ass... but I find it weird that that's the comment you picked out... responding to a guy telling me to shut up and whining that he's sick about talking about something in an internet forum. |
