Can't blame you there Crims. Definitely more on the Pittsburgh side, but there were willing participants in Orange and Black too. I blame the refs more than anyone for letting it get that bad.

Its called payback. Im very frustrated that when Neal headshot Giroux at the end he bolte to the bench like a wussy. The game had calme down then he stirred poop up again.

I liked him a a player before. Now hes just anothe sneaky dirty (frank)er.

I'm looking forward to Mario Lemieux's statement to the NHL about this game. Cuz I know he thinks this type of hockey is bush league and has no place in the NHL. And he's not a hypocrite, right?

dropping your gloves and cheap shots are two separate things, letang impressed me with his fight. But the other three you listed, didn't drop their gloves, they took cheap shots and ran. So really dont even try and compare the two.

It's pretty obvious now that what they are TRYING to do is not working.

It's pretty obvious that 'the keep the puck in the other team's zone' approach is a strategy that doesn't require the team to play good defense. When it works, you don't need to...when it doesn't work, you are exposed.

It hasn't worked in the playoffs for the last 6 games straight and it has not really worked against the Flyers this year at all.

I'm disappointed because it didn't look like we really tried to do anything different today.

I am shocked at how poor we played in a game that should mean something to our team.

I am embarrassed that right now we are making all of those people who said things about us look like geniuses.

There are no excuses for what we have done in this series.

Reading comprehension. I didn't defend what he did. Nor am I going to say what his intent was, no one on here really knows.. The punch to the head was bush league and worth of the ejection. What we do know, is that stick did not hit Schenn's throat. That was my point. Schenn threw his head back as if he took a slapper in the eye, when the stick was buried in his jersey.

Schenn did get cross-checked but 5 mins come on big dive roll around like your dead then after 2 mins your out on the powerplay hmm. Courtier gets hit shoulder to shoulder by Neal should have been a 2 min interference rolled around again like he was dead grabbing his head. Did not miss a shift went to the dressing room for show. on the bench only minutes later laughing about it.

I know that fights are hard to recognize for a Sabres fan, I mean they didn't even put up one when Miller got run over, but it was a fight. Not a great on like Domi/Probert, but it was a fight.
