HOA rules dictate wood. I went with Eastern Red Cedar. I have a buddy who runs a scrap yard and had him come over with a roll off and skid steer. Made pulling posts out of concrete very easy and only cost me a case of beer. The fence companies I had bid it all want 500+ to remove and haul away the old fence.
As for ogling the hot neighbor, not so much. Im the only 27yr old who owns a house in the neighborhood. Its all retirees or young families.
