Why wasn't a goal when Hartnell pushed the net off? Or atleast a penalty?

I'm not defending the Pens and saying that they are clean as Asham wipes Schenns blood of his stick, but the Flyer fans seem to forget that their whole history is based of dirty, rough hockey.

Still, they haven't turned over a new Leaf. Pronger, Simmonds, Hartnell, and Rinaldo are celebrated for their play when they all cross the same lines as the Penguins.

I just find it funny how the fans of the Flyers are quick to cry out about every other teams dirty play, but completely ignore the fact their ice has been flooded with opponents blood for years.

Score of the game and the series aside, this has been terrible hockey for, now, the 3rd straight game.

cants be a goal because the net was pushed off way before the puck went in and the whistle was blown

not a penalty because he didnt intentionally push the net off, he was getting the puck away and went into the net which took it off

If Crosby quit with the extra curriculars, it would cut down on a lot of the chatter. Somebody tell him to quit feeding the trolls.
