I wouldn't have him in there for retribution. I don't think that is the right approach. But just to put him out there if there is any shenanigans. He's more experienced then Rinaldo and less likely to blow his top. Berube had to literally stand in front of Rinaldo on the bench at one point.

What are the thoughts of on Kubina's play so far? As far as the playoffs go, I think he's been good. I wish the Flyers would show more confidence in him though, he seems like the 5th or 6th Dman right now. I don't know if he was hurt for Game 1 but it does feel like Lilja is playing ahead of him at the time. I don't have the ice time to confirm or deny though.

I think he's been fine in the games he's played. All you want out of a pair of Lilja and Kubina is solid play a few mistakes. They've done that. Lilja's actually looked very solid to me.

Rinaldo unfortunatley is not getting a fair shake. I think he should just decapitate Crosby and get a worthy suspension

I figure, if they can close it out Wednesday-not saying it's a lock-they will probably have JvR & Sestito back, it gives Grossmann, Kubina and Timonen days off to rest up and heal, as they're all likely playing hurt and any other nagging bruises and bumps.

It'd also be nice to simply see a nice big dollop of killer instinct. Kill these guys off, get it done as soon as possible. All business, no bullpoop

Pretty much what Ottawa did with the Rangers, but Neal wasn't giving "noogies", there was no puck near Couturier, that's what's so scary about it, that Pittsburgh just doesn't give a damn, at all.

But I'm for that, we need to protect our players, as much as win the series.
