That number 1 power play??

0-11

Edit: 0-12

Here iS why they lost and why they will most likely loose in the first round.

1. Trotz - eRat said before the game, "we don't need to change our game they do, we won"'. Stupid player quoting his coach????

2. Detroit having players clogg the front of their own net.

3. Nashvillle not forcing the Wings to move from those spots. The PP was an absolute abomination, NOTHING down low.

First the Weber thing....

1st - no one other than the NHL and Weber looks silly for the thing. Don't try and tell me about a Zetterberg slash or "charge" etc. I can guarantee, if Weber never did that no one would be even knowledable about what Z did off the draw.

2nd - Bertuzzi's jab at Gaustaud happens in about every 3rd NHL scrum.

3rd - Im not trying to start anything, but I have seen more Preds fans justifying (not condoning) what Weber did and less Wings fans calling for suspension. Personally, Im glad Weber played.... I like Weber. However, I don't like how hypocritical the NHL looks about this whole thing.

4th - LETS ALL MOVE ON!.

-----

Good game tonight, Preds played better than one would think... but the Wings seem more motivated now because of the prior incidents. I found the reffering shotty at best again tonight.

the Hudler goalie inteference was pretty weak, hard to believe they let Franzen out of the box to get stitched up but failed to call Fisher's high stick and in addition the Preds had a too many men on a PP. That's more of the same from last game... Im confident that Preds got shafted too at points, just can't clearly remember any.

On to game 3, its a good series and I have nothing but respect for the Preds and even more for their fans from the comments I see on here.... you think you could teach some of that class to the Blues fans?.

if you could, itd be great.

What do you think Shanny would have given Rome in the SCF last year? I think he would have been pretty hard pressed to give Rome his equivalent of a 36 game suspension. I believe he came up with this formula specifically as a way to dance around giving a multiple-game suspension to 'important' players.

I think it was 4 games for Rome, which is 48 games apparently. There is surely no truth to the formula.
