i didn't see one second of the game, but that's just crazy. i would be willing to bet that is an nhl record or damn near close to it.

I am pretty sure I remember Devils holding Toronto to 6 shots in an entire game (playoffs). That was 10-15 years ago. Don't remember the year but do recall the incredulity.

Gas station attendants are already a dying breed. Most gas stations here are computerized. I'm sure it's the same there.

Wasn't even close.

edit- Ya know, so they defend it by saying the guy jumped on behind the linesman. If that's the case change the franking positioning of the linesman. Why does this sport have to make it harder on itself?

One thing stood out to me last night. About a minute in a half into overtime the Flyers 4th line was out. There was a loose puck that was scooting up the boards towards the flyers end of ice into a vacated area. A race ensued that from the very start appeared Neal would easily win. The Flyer that beat him the 2/3 length of the ice was Wellwood. Beat him cleanly in the race and controlled the puck in our end. I can't help but thinking a couple years ago that would be Carcillo/Asham/Betts in that situation and Neal would've got a freeby chance on Bryz. I love the speed of the forwards. Fastest we've ever had IMO.

that definitely stood out to me also.. great, subtle play
