Obviously you didn't. AGAIN, not when you put words into someone's mouth and try to restate their position without knowing what their stance was yesterday (and not just one solitary post here). You just don't want to let this go, do you?
- shonoff95

Seems you don't either. Consider the conversation ended. There, that was easy.

Bryzgalov is apparently not on the ice with the team for the morning skate, which started about 20 mins ago.

I wasn't sure before he went down. Didn't expect that much success with all the changes.

I tend to agree, I just hate to see G not get the respect he deserves for being a great player in this league. Like I told them yesterday, they're free to have their opinion but they'll get to see for themself how good Giroux is over the next 2 weeks.
- shonoff95

I think he's been shown plenty of love by both the NHL and the media over the past couple of years, especially this season. But I think he still falls under the radar at times because he plays such a subtle skill game for the most part. He can have a 4 point game (1G 3A) and make it look almost effortless, whereas Ovechkin and Malkin are running over people and driving to the net. He also needs to shoot and score a bit more to get into the elite discussion imo.

He hasn't been very good lately.

I am OK with tryng something different for a game to see how it goes.

While that's completely understandable....and true....I'm just unsure of sitting a vet like Koobs for the playoffs. The sheer idea of the playoffs could snap him out of his funk....

The other hand- maybe this'll light a fire under his butt.

I definitely trust Lavy though....this is why I'm not the coach haha!

you've really stepped your game up early in these playoffs.

MJL isn't afraid of his game nor the bears in the woods. Word!

Maybe he's just having his morning tea or going for a walk. Who knows how this guy prepares for the playoffs.

Oh great. So all that work I put into "shopping" this last night was for nothing then?

Fill me in on why I'm the only one being told to move on (and not him or at least both parties). Is it just because "he will continue with this to continue to prove his point over and over again?"
- shonoff95

Because you brought up him not moving on when you are choosing to keep responding.

That's not really G's game, though. He's more of a playmaker, evidenced by the fact that he had 60 assists this year. He also wasn't a Top-3 draft pick, either, and he was in the shadows of Richards & Carter for awhile so I think that plays into it on why people don't think of him right away (in terms of top players in the league). But obviously he has proven, in the last couple playoff runs and this regular season, what he is capable of doing and how good he really is. I hope we see more of that in this year's playoffs!

Giroux has been talked about all Season as being in the running for the Hart trophy. There were even articles writen labeleing Giroux as the favorite for the Hart at points of the Season.

Oh, okay. So if I just kept responding like him and kept dragging it out without asking that question, I would have been better off. Alright, thanks for the insight. LOL

For what its worth, I'd rather face Bryz than Bob. Bob always seems to play very well against us.

Maybe he truly likes Bob better against the Pens. Seems odd though. Unless Bryz truly had a setback of some type.
