If you went to Pitt it would probably get cancelled by the 50th bomb threat this week.

Why not save the money and just buy a bunch of drugs and wallow around a homemade mud pit in your backyard.

Are they that good? There are bands that I have seen a handful of times and they don't get boring but Phish...I don't know.

Hopefully one of the big advantages the Pens will have is experience. Playoffs are a whole different animal and many flyers, key ones like Schenn, Read, Wellwood are in their first dance. Just go back to 2007 when the many of the Pens today played in their first playoff series against Ottawa who played in the finals just two year before. The Sens won pretty easily in five. Let's hope that trend continues.

I docked a boat next to a hip show in Buffalo last summer. It was awesome.

There is no in between with them. It's either you are on board, or you aren't. Kinda like the Penguins.

So, so good live. Saw them when they were relatively new at a smaller club in Calgary. Dynamite. I like there older stuff alot more than the new.

I would say you're correct, but then again I'm somehow way behind the times in my mid-twenties

I saw the Hip at North Country Fair at an outdoor venue by Slave Lake. They aren't my cup of tea (neither is Phish).

I've seen Gaslight Anthem 3 times over the last three years. If I lived closer to Jersey/New York I probably would have seen them over 20 times.

I heard on the radio today that the cast of Star Trk NG are going to be in Calgary next week. I thought you would be dressing up and making the trip.

I intend to, though it'll be a bit easier once tax season is over. There's light at the end of the tunnel, at this point.

I hear the thirties are the new twenties, anyways, so I've got another fifteen years to enjoy

Oh man, it doesn't get better than that

Anyways, shouldn't he know TOS era phasers were more pistol shaped? His logic is flawed.
