I figured dental insurance was available in all parts of the US.... So your telling me there are no dentists in Kentucky? Even small town guys... I dont live in a city, and I cant spit without hitting a dental office...

Very expensive.

Nope.... hate making predictions. The only one I put any stock in is that every playoff series takes on its own personality and it's impossible to predict beforehand. All you can do is make an "on paper" or "gut feeling" prediction and mine is no better than anyone else's.

Huge advice, flossing. It's not a fun habit to start up on, though, unless you're weird and like the taste of mouthblood.

As for wisdom tooth removal, I don't want to think about it. If I ignore it, it'll go away, right?

I'm coming in at the tail-end of this conversation. All I'm saying is that dental work is expensive. I have dental insurance and it's still expensive. If you don't have any money...it's hard to get dental work done.
