the loss wont be as bad if we play the panthers
- 2Real

You would have to rely on the Devils winning both remaining games and the Flyers losing both.

They said the same about Peters in Buffalo. Bell has been injury prone but they need a LT with experience who can fill in and do a decent job.
- stveshdy

I dont agree with the Peters assessment. That was about money and the Bills not willing to pay their franchise LT. The maddening part about it is that after we traded Peters to you guys they went out and broke the bank on a slug like Langston Walker with what should have been Peter's money. The Bills tried to play tough because of Peters' holdout, they f'd up like they normally do/did.

I dont understand why they gave Fitzpatrick all that money. He is a decent QB but they paid him like he is a top 15 guy in the league.

Just like most NFL contracts, they arent worth the paper they are written on. They can get out of it if need be. Fitzpatrick is a good stop gap until they find the real guy, hopefully sooner than later.

I agree about the contract but they gave him a lot of guaranteed money.

59M over 6 years

24M guaranteed. Thats a large amount for him imo.

Very athletic. Mudd can make any lineman look like a stud. He wont be better than Peters but he needs to just be servicable.

helps that it's actually herremans on vick's blindside, but they'll definitely miss peters in the screen game.

Not my money. They need to hit the cap floor. I heard quite a number of reports that the 24M is not even fully guaranteed either.

That money is fully guaranteed 24M. They will reach the cap floor especially after signing Mario Williams.

Eagles should be a solid team. They need to take care of the football and get better in the Red Zone (on offense and defense).

I don't trust Vick, and he's not going to change IMO, he's...well.....dumb. And I'm hoping they will make a move to grab tannehill if they like him

Whoever the Eagles replaced Peters with is not going to be as good because he is probably the best LT in football. The Eagles needed to find a replacement that has experience and who can do a solid job playing that position. I still think the Eagles defense needs to be top priorty in the draft. They can add a QB/OL later on in the draft.

In today's NFL you cant pick a QB that isnt going to play right away when they have other areas that need to be upgraded. Eventually they will need to get a QB but right now its do or die with Vick.

did some work and it shows i didn't miss a thing

Bell - I guess it's a good signing since Peters is hurt.

Bryz - #halffull all year long just took some time to get his mojo going

The sweep - doesn't mean sh1t in the playoffs although if they meet up, it's going to be beaten to death

Sabres tomorrow night - good ole Ruff has his team heading into the playoffs in the last week of the year.

Once again the team needs to get healthy....

Go Flyers!!!

Can't rule anything out. If he is the best player available around their pick you take him. Eagles qb depth blows. When Vick goes down I'm not ready to roll with Kafka. It won't be a wasted pick.

Could be worse my friend, much worse.

I understand what your saying. There are other QB that can be taken in round 2 or 3 in this draft. I think Tannenhill is okay and I dont reach for that pick if hes not a franchise type guy. I could be wrong but thats my opinion on him. I do watch a lot of college football, I just dont think hes going to be that type of player.

At least bagman can hold that finger up to say 1. 1 Super Bowl. Eagles fan would have to make a 0 with their hand. Which is lame

Actually he is - both a youngster and a rookie.
